Trading Conditions
Unless otherwise agreed in writing on all our activities with regard to the carriage of goods at sea the terms of BG Freight Line bill of lading and the general conditions of the Rotterdam Shipbrokers Association, latest version, inclusive the arbitration clause which may we waive and as deposited, at the registry of the District Court of Rotterdam apply.
On our forwarding activities the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, latest version inclusive the arbitration clause which we may waive as deposited by FENEX at the registry of the District Court of Rotterdam apply.
On storage and logistical activities the terms and conditions of the Dutch Storage Conditions resp. the Conditions for Logistical Activities, also in the latest version both inclusive the arbitration clauses which we may waive as deposited by FENEX at the registry of the District Court of Rotterdam apply.
