Unless otherwise agreed in writing on all our activities with regard to the carriage of goods by sea the terms of the BG Freight Line Bill of Lading and the general conditions of the Rotterdam Shipbrokers Association, latest version, inclusive the arbitration clause which we may waive and deposited on December 1, 1992, at the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam apply. On our forwarding activities the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, latest version, inclusive the arbitration clause which we may waive as deposited by FENEX on January 4, 1999, at the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam apply. On storage and logistical activities the terms and conditions of the Dutch Storage Conditions respectively the Conditions for Logistical Activities, also in the latest version both inclusive the arbitration clauses which we may waive as deposited by FENEX on November 15, 1995, at the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam apply.
